R.Nigel Martin MBE LL.B NP

Mr Martin founded Martin and Company in 1992. He was previously a partner in Wright Johnston & Mackenzie and took over the Ayr office. He has over 25 years experience as a Solicitor and is a Director of the company.

As well as running a busy legal practice he is Vice-Chairman of The Ayrshire Hospice, Clerk to the Lord Lieutenant of Ayrshire and Arran and a director of 2 other local charities. He specialises in conveyancing, executries and other chamber work.
 

Steven B. Maxwell LL.B Dip LP NP

Steven Maxwell heads the Criminal department and is a Director of the company. He is an experienced Criminal practitioner, having appeared in the Sheriff and District Courts in Ayr and throughout Scotland over the course of his career to date.
