Criminal Cases in the High Court

We have a great deal of experience with Criminal cases calling in the Sheriff Court before a Sheriff or a Sheriff and Jury. We are able to advise you in respect of the strength of the case against you, the prospects of acquittal and the sentencing options open to the Sheriff in the event of a conviction.

District Court
